Welcome. We’re lifting our nation up from last-to-first in work/life quality and care.

CareSprint is committed to bridging solutions actively solving America’s care crisis at work, costing employers billions in lost economic competition & health outcomes - by making it easier for employers to sprint into action. Working families deserve better than last place (38th) in work/life quality and care. Inspired by the speed of innovation, using tech for good, and our experiences as working parents & caregivers, we’re living a monumental shift in how businesses and advocates care about family care. It’s why we’re radically optimistic on where the future of work is heading.

CareSprint is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in August 2023, and launched its open solutions in January 2024. CareSprint’s commitments support UN Sustainable Development Goals #3 Good Health & Wellbeing, #5 Gender Equality, #8 Decent Work & Economic Growth, and #10 Reduced Inequalities.

Care work is the labor that makes all other labor possible.
